Who’s eligible?
Fort Bend County residents with
Intellectual Developmental Disabilities may
affect their communication ability.
Participants may be unable to
communicate basic personal information
due to a diagnosed medical disorder.
Individuals who do NOT qualify for
enrollment includes people with ONLY
physical disabilities, hearing impairment,
vision impairment, anyone who can
communicate via translator/interpreter,
and children who have not reached a
developmentally appropriate age for
speech.
Anyone enrolling an individual must be a
a family member or legal guardian of the
individual.
