Meet Auggie

When Auggie was diagnosed with autism at age 4, doctors told his mom, Monica, that he would never walk or talk. Years later, his school said he couldn't handle general education classes.

Monica kept her eyes on the big picture. With resources and support from Hope For Three, she attended seminars, learned her son's rights, and set big goals for his future.

In 2022, Auggie graduated from Kempner High School on the A/B Honor Roll. He ran cross country and track, and earned a grant and scholarships to attend the E4 Texas program at UT Austin. Today, Auggie is an advocate himself. In 2023, he spoke before the Texas Education Agency on behalf of his younger brother and other students with intellectual disabilities.

Where does my monthly gift go?

Your gift supports Family Assistance and Resource Support (FARS), our primary program. FARS helps families pay for therapies and services that insurance does not cover.

Can I change or cancel my gift?

Yes, anytime. Email contact@hopeforthree.org or call 281-245-0640 and we will take care of it.

Is my gift tax-deductible?

Yes. Hope For Three is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, EIN 27-3572770. You will receive an email receipt for every gift.

Can I give another way?

Yes. We accept checks, stock, donor-advised fund grants, and IRA Qualified Charitable Distributions. See other ways to give.
