License plate

Hope For Three created Texas’ first autism-related specialty license plate.

Autism is the leading and fastest-growing developmental disability in the United States, affecting a staggering 1 in 36 children. The annual cost of care for one child with autism is about $60,000.The lifetime cost of care is estimated to extend up to $2,400,000. Autism is expensive. It is a lifelong disorder without a known cause.

Funds generated from the sale of the license plates, custom or generic, will be used to raise awareness of autism and support families living with it. The plates are available from the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles.
