Celebrating Landon: A Journey of Kindness, Growth, and Community
Meet Landon Bradley, an inspiring young man who will soon be 17 years old. Landon’s story is one of resilience, progress, and the power of kindness. His journey with autism has not only shaped his life but has touched the hearts of those around him—including the community at Hope For Three.
Landon’s mom, Rachael Bradley, recalls their early days with Hope For Three fondly. “We were even at the very first Strike Out Autism event,” she says. Over the years, they have found more than just assistance—they have found a sense of community, understanding, and support. One of their most memorable moments was receiving a grant for Landon’s ABA therapies when they needed it most. “He was so little back then, and we weren’t sure what to do,” Rachael reflects. “We feel so fortunate to still have that and will forever be grateful.”
Today, Landon has made incredible strides. Using his AAC device, he is now able to communicate his needs and wants. He has developed independence in many daily tasks and is well-behaved both at home and in the community. But what makes Landon truly remarkable is his heart: he is always kind, always positive, and free from negativity or jealousy. “The world needs more Landons who think like this,” his mom proudly shares.
Landon was formally diagnosed with autism at age three, though his family sensed differences as early as eight months. Despite the challenges, his journey has been filled with accomplishments worth celebrating. From his growth in communication to his ability to approach each day with joy, Landon continues to inspire.
Rachael offers this message to other families walking similar paths: “Our children have a unique purpose and are truly gifts from the Lord. Don’t ever underestimate what they can do.”
Hope For Three is honored to walk alongside families like the Bradleys, families who remind us that with love, support, and the right resources, incredible progress is possible.
